"I
was sitting the GAT examination (general knowledge exam), and
there were 3 Madonna questions in the booklet. They were placed
over a highly colorful image of Madonna on 3 pages. The pictures
were from the early 80's, during her punk era. The first question
was placed over an image of Madonna's tummy saying something
like "the girl next door" and the questions was "what
does this line imply?" And I replied that it implies the
exact opposite of what it states: meaning that Madonna has personality
and isn't afraid to stand out and be creative. I felt like I
was at an advantage in the exam being a Madonna fan. "
INTERPRETATION
Naomi,
it's true that Madonna is a queen of creativity who is not afraid
to stand out. If you are a fan of creativity, then it's definitely
an advantage to be a fan of Madonna as creativity counts.
Listen,
your dream is about you and your relationship at that time with
the authority. The fact that you chose to respond the opposite
of what you were expected to respond during an exam suggests
that you were not at ease with the authority. Moreover, this
symbolic act (which looks like your small revolution/rebellion)
is probably related to what you were going through in your real
life at the time you had this dream. What could it be? Too much
pressure from a partner, parents, school, etc. This pressure
had something to do with your dream that night.
